Once you have ordered your package from us you will then need to arrange your domain from one of our reccommended providers. You may also have already purchased or owned a domain, in either case once you own the name you will need to make the virtual connection to our hosting.

This is refered to as DNS redirection.

To do this simply log in to your admin area at your domain registrant and locate the tool to modify the DNS address or 'Name Servers'.

If you ordered BEFORE Feb 2008 the correct nameservers (DNS) should be modified to reflect:

Primary: ns1.floppyserver.co.uk
Secondary: ns2.floppyserver.co.uk

If you ordered AFTER Feb 2008 the correct nameservers (DNS) should be modified to reflect:

Primary: ns3.floppyserver.co.uk
Secondary: ns4.floppyserver.co.uk
