If you ordered hosting from us but not a domain name you will need to arrange your domain from one of our recommended providers. You may also have already purchased or owned a domain, in either case once you own the name you will need to make the virtual connection to our hosting.

This is referred to as DNS redirection.

To do this simply log in to your admin area at your domain registrant and locate the tool to modify the DNS address or 'Name Servers'.

The correct nameservers (DNS) should be modified to reflect:

Primary: ns1.floppyserver.co.uk
Secondary: ns2.floppyserver.co.uk

Save these settings and within 3 hours your site will be accessible and ready to go. If you need further assistance with this choose an option below.
